Last Ummah is a project in development. There are no products on sale, no transactions, and no customer accounts. The site exists to share what we are building, collect waitlist interest, and receive applications for the founding tiers.

Joining the waitlist or submitting an application is an expression of interest, not a contract or guarantee. We may accept, decline, or follow up on applications at our discretion. We will use the contact details you provide to keep you informed about the project, as set out in our Privacy notice.

Please give accurate information. Submissions that are misleading, abusive, or clearly automated may be removed without notice.

• Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape, or break the site.
• Don't submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Don't use the forms to send spam or impersonate other people.

All text, design, photography, and other content on this site is owned by Last Ummah or used with permission. You may share links to the site freely. You may not copy, republish, or reuse the content commercially without our written permission.

The site is provided as-is during this pre-launch phase. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we make no warranties about uptime, completeness, or the eventual launch date.

To the extent permitted by law, Last Ummah is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or anything you submit through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot be limited under UK law.

We may update these terms as the project develops. The "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
