No dates. Each milestone moves only when the previous one is real.

   Waitlist and thesis published

   The position is on record. The list is open. This is where we are now.

2. 02

   Founding collection released, Birmingham chapter seated

   First product line shipped. First city formally organised with named leads.

3. Birmingham doesn't seat itself. If you know someone who should lead or anchor the chapter, introduce them now.

4. 03

   First reinvestment cycle reported publicly

   Real numbers from a completed cycle. No projections. No round-ups.

5. 04

   Network directory and second city

   A working register of members the network can rely on, and the model proven outside its first city.

We will not commit to dates we cannot keep. If a milestone slips, we will say so on the status page.
